Chaithali Sheth

Chaithali Sheth is the director of Aangan Trust. Aangan works with children living in the harsh jail-like conditions of state-run children’s institutions, engaging in dangerous work or risky activities or facing social exclusion in urban slums. Through creating a safe and supportive space, Aangan helps children cope effectively with difficult circumstances, access healthcare, education or meaningful livelihood. Protection is at the core of all their programs. Chaithali has been in this role for more than 11 years, bringing invaluable insights to the topic of child safety.

Mathangi PN

Mathangi is the Co-Founder of Safe Schools. An educator for over a decade with experience in state-level advocacy and reform, Mathangi identifies as a teacher, teacher trainer and curriculum designer, but most of all as a mother. She is in the pursuit to ensure that all children have access to safe spaces during their developmental years. Her areas of focus are child behaviours, well-being and development.

At Magic Bus India Foundation, Pragya Tank's work as a Senior Manager revolves around pioneering innovative curriculum strategies that cater to the holistic development of children in government schools and low income private schools in 24 states & UTs. Steering the Wellness program at Vidya Bhawan Society previously, she cultivated a multifaceted approach to student and staff well-being, encompassing both physical and mental health dimensions.
