Five Magic Questions for Effective Learning and Leadeship
Hear from these highly experienced educators on designing effective learning and leadership experiences. The space will help develop the understanding of why these spaces are important and decode the principles of what they look like. The participants will then plan an experience using the 5 magic questions in this hands-on workshop.

Revathi Ramanan
Revathi is Senior Director of Regions at Teach For India. She was previously the Director of Strategy, Expansion and Special Projects at Christel House. She has also partnered with the Tamil Nadu and Gujarat State governments to execute education reform in the capacity of Project Lead and State Lead at The Education Alliance.
Sitara G. Chandran
Sitara is a Curriculum and Instructional Coach at Christel House. The organisation transforms the lives of children around the world by providing a robust K-12 education program supported by regular healthcare, nutritious meals, guidance counselling, career planning and family assistance.
Sitara works with select teachers to create integrated, thematic, activity-based curricula which also include STEM and SEL activities. She designs trainings for teachers, observe classes and share feedback with educators to support them towards instructional excellence.
