Lessons in Laddership

In this session, leaders from diverse walks of life will come together to discuss the concept of “laddership” — leadership through service and enabling others to rise. Drawing on the principles of leading with the head (clarity and strategy), the heart (compassion and empathy), and the hand (action and support), the dialogue will explore how we can be catalysts for the growth of others, rather than solely focusing on personal achievement. Participants will hear stories and insights from leaders who practice enabling leadership and will have the opportunity to reflect on their own leadership journeys.

Key Themes: Leading through service | Balancing head, heart, and hand | Creating opportunities for others to rise

Venue: Small MPA (6th Floor)

Time: 10:00 am - 11:30 am
